How znakai astrology produces a reading: precise math via Swiss Ephemeris, a disciplined interpretation method, and mirror-voice — no energies, no prediction, no padding.

This page describes how we produce a reading and the limits we keep.

Two layers: math and language

From your birth date, time, and place we compute exact planetary positions, house placements, and aspect angles. The astronomy runs on Swiss Ephemeris — the same high-precision ephemeris (based on NASA’s JPL data) used by astro.com and professional astrologers, accurate to fractions of an arc-second.

The interpretive layer is a large language model. It is not “fine-tuned on N charts” — that would be marketing fiction. What’s real is precise math plus a disciplined interpretation method: how to read aspects, which orbs to use, how to handle stelliums, and how to hold the voice.

Mirror-voice

Specific over vague, conversational over aspirational, confident without pleading. We say: “Saturn in your 6th house — that’s why growing up feels tied to work, not age.” We don’t say: “energies,” “vibrations,” “shadow self,” “karma,” “archetypes,” “trust the universe.” The discipline is part of the method and is reproducible regardless of which model is used.

What we explicitly don’t do

We don’t predict events — we read structure. We don’t claim mystical access — we claim mathematical precision and skilled interpretation. We don’t pad readings with disclaimers. We don’t sell DM-only readings or hide pricing behind paid messages.

Responsibility

A reading is a reflective tool, not a basis for medical, legal, or financial decisions. What this project is and who makes it is on the about page.

FAQ

01 Is astrology science?
No. The astronomy (planetary positions) is exact math. The reading of the chart is interpretation within a symbolic tradition — not scientific knowledge. We don’t pass one off as the other.
02 Do you predict the future?
No. The natal chart describes the structure of a personality, not coming events. Nobody can predict events from a chart, and we don’t claim to.
03 Who writes the interpretation?
A large language model with an astrological interpretation method writes the text. The planetary positions are computed by a separate astronomical layer, so the model doesn’t invent coordinates.
