Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to everything you can buy from znakai astrology (@astrologyaime_bot, astrologyai.me), a service of znakai: credit packs, reports paid for with credits and the Plus subscription. It complements our Terms of Service.

Which payments it covers. This policy governs payments with Telegram Stars and card payments in US dollars through Dodo Payments. Payments in Russian roubles through YooKassa are governed by our public offer agreement, in Russian, at znakai.com/legal/oferta, and refunds of those payments by its refund policy at znakai.com/legal/refund. The public offer is a general agreement for all znakai bots and also covers payments with Telegram Stars; where the public offer or its refund policy differs from this policy on a Telegram Stars payment made in @astrologyaime_bot, this policy applies.

1. What you are buying

AI-generated astrology readings — digital content delivered inside Telegram and, for the natal portrait, as a PDF. You buy credits, which are added to your bot balance instantly and spent on reports; reports are generated automatically within minutes and are provided for entertainment only. Credits are prepaid units with no cash value outside our bots.

2. Prices and payment methods

• Credit packs: 10 credits — $7 / 249 Stars / 299 ₽; 30 credits — $15 / 599 Stars / 699 ₽; 60 credits — $27 / 999 Stars / 1,199 ₽; 200 credits — $79 / 2,499 Stars / 2,999 ₽. A natal-portrait PDF or a full synastry report costs 10 credits; the exact price is always shown before you confirm.
• Plus: 500 Stars per month, or 599 ₽ by card in roubles for a single 30-day period.
• Telegram Stars. Payments inside Telegram are processed by Telegram.
• Bank card in US dollars (credit packs, in the language versions of the bot other than Russian, where the bot offers it). Processed by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record: Dodo Payments sells the digital product to you, charges applicable taxes and issues your receipt.
• Bank card, SBP or another method offered by YooKassa, in Russian roubles (in the Russian-language version of the bot, and in other language versions where card payment in US dollars is not offered; also for Plus). Processed by YooKassa; we are the seller, and the fiscal receipt (54-FZ) is sent to the e-mail address you provide. Refunds of these payments follow the public offer’s refund policy.

3. When you can get a refund

Because readings are delivered instantly, a purchase is normally final once the report or credits have been delivered. We refund in full within 14 days of purchase if:

• the report was not delivered, or arrived empty, truncated or in the wrong language and we could not fix it on request;
• you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
• you bought a credit pack and have not spent any of its credits.

Some cases are handled automatically: if generating a paid report fails, the credits are normally returned to your balance, and a card payment in US dollars that could not be credited to your account is refunded automatically.

Readings are interpretive and subjective. Disagreeing with the content of a reading is not by itself a reason for a refund, but we review every request in good faith.

4. How to request a refund

1. Write to [email protected] or to @znakaicom in Telegram within 14 days of purchase. Include your Telegram username or user ID, the payment date, the amount and the payment method; add the payment ID from your receipt if you have it.
2. We reply within 2 business days.
3. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds in US dollars are issued through Dodo Payments and usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Refunds of rouble payments are handled under the public offer’s refund policy and go back through YooKassa to the card or account you paid from. Telegram Stars refunds are issued by us through Telegram and return the Stars to your Telegram balance.
4. When we refund a credit pack, the credits from that pack are removed from your balance.

If you are considering a chargeback, please contact us first — we resolve genuine problems faster than a dispute does.

5. Cancellation

• Credit packs and reports are one-time purchases — there is nothing to cancel.
• Card payments in US dollars are one-time charges and never renew automatically.
• A Plus subscription bought with Telegram Stars renews monthly until you cancel it in Telegram; access continues until the end of the paid period and no partial refund is made for the remaining days.
• Plus paid by card in roubles covers a single 30-day period and does not renew automatically.

6. Unused credits

Unused credits do not expire while your account is active. If you delete your account, remaining credits are forfeited — request any eligible refund before deleting.
